1. Login via Gmail Mail App (Mobile)
- Go to your App
- Go to Setting or logo on the top right corner of APP
- Click Add Another Account
- Click Other
- Type Email and click Manual Setup by the bottom left
- Select Personal (IMAP) and click Next
- Type Username (your email)
- Enter Password and click Next
- Select Security type
- On Incoming server, type mail.yourdomain.com or your server link or IP and click Next
- Under Outgoing server settings, enter email address as username
- Enter password
- Type mail.yourdomain.com or your server link or IP and click Next
- Set Account options and go to your account.
NB: Your server link or IP will be in your Hosting mail details.
2. Login via Outlook Mail App (Mobile)
- Go to your App
- Click Add Account
- Enter Email and click continue
- Select Personal (IMAP) and click Next
- Enter display name & description
- Under IMAP Host Name, type in mail.yourdomain.com or server link or IP
- Select security type
- Enter Password
- Under SMTP Host Name, type in mail.yourdomain.com or server link or IP
- Select security type
- Enter SMTP username (your email address)
- Enter your Password and proceed.
NB: Your server link or IP will be in your Hosting mail details.
3. Login Via Outlook Classic on Windows PC
- Open the Outlook Classic app on your desktop.
- Click the File tab in the top-left corner.
- Select Add Account.
- Enter your full webmail email address and click Connect.
- If prompted, select IMAP (or POP).
- Enter your webmail password and click Connect
- Incoming Server: mail.yourdomain.com
- Incoming Port: 993 (Encryption type: SSL/TLS)
- Outgoing Server (SMTP): e.g., mail.yourdomain.com
- Outgoing Port: 465 or 587 (Encryption type: SSL/TLS)
4. Login Via Samsung Mail App
- Go to Play Store and download Samsung default EMAIL APP
- Select Add Account
- Select Other
- Enter Email Address and Password
- Select Manual Setup
- Incoming Server: mail.yourdomain.com
- Incoming Port: 993 (Encryption type: SSL)
- Outgoing Server (SMTP): e.g., mail.yourdomain.com
- Outgoing Port: 465 (Encryption type: SSL)
5. Login via Webmail Browser
- Visit https://yourdomainname.com/webmail
- Enter Email Address
- Enter Password
NOTE: Your browser will log you out due to network ISP changes, for permanent login, use any of the mail clients above.
