How to retrieve mail from sending

Updated on December 5, 2022

Unlike comments on websites and social networks, it isn’t possible to delete an email that has already being sent, because a copy of the message is already on the recipient’s mail server, totally out of our control.

It’s a best practice to check and read the messages first to send them, to prevent sending incorrect or unnecessary information to the wrong recipients.

The accidental sending of sensitive data to the wrong recipient is, in fact, one of the most common causes of violation of data.

However, this is not always enough, but, fortunately, from today it is possible to cancel any email sending in the 5 seconds after the send button click, simply by clicking Cancel in the message that appears.
