cPanel Email: Setting a Signature

Our webmail options allow customers to set up custom signatures for their email responses.

Creating Email Signature in Roundcube

  1. Log in to Webmail.
  2. Select Roundcube if not already your default webmail.
  3. Click on “Settings” at the top right side of the page.
  4. On the Settings page, click on the “Identities”
  5. Double click on the email address that you want to create a signature for.
  6. Complete the form including the Signature Box.
  7. Select Save.

Creating Email Signature in Horde

  1. Log in to Webmail.
  2. Select Horde if not already your default webmail.
  3. Click on the Gear Icon>Preferences>Mail.
  4. Click Personal Information.
  5. Select the Default Identity.
  6. Add your signature in the Signature Box.
  7. Click Save at the bottom of the page.
