Using Listed Hosting

Using cPanel login

Once your hosting with Listed Hosting is enabled, you’ll receive a welcome email with instructions on how to log in to your hosting control panel with us (it should be within a few minutes of your order going through). If you don’t receive your welcome email for some reason, please contact us so we can double-check that everything went smoothly.

The first step in logging in to your hosting account is to go to https://listedhostingcom. After you’ve logged in, go to Services, then My Services. Your hosting package(s) will be listed here; choose the one you wish to log into, and then click Login to cPanel on the next page.

In this area, your login credentials are saved as a secure token (rather than a plaintext username and password) – if you are unable to log in for any reason, please contact us and we will reset this for you.

Email.

You’ll be greeted with a number of icons once you’ve logged into cPanel, allowing you to handle all aspects of your Listed Hosting hosting. Email is one of the most typical things to set up right immediately – choose Email Accounts and start creating email addresses @yourdomain.com from there.

You can use webmail or an email client like Gmail, Outlook, or Thunderbird to access your email. You may go to your webmail by going to https://webmail.[yourdomain.com]. You’ll need to use the mailbox username and password you set up earlier to log in. Please let us know if you need any assistance setting up your email client; we can walk you through the process.

Putting Applications Together (e.g. WordPress)

Scroll down in cPanel until you see the ‘Softaculous Apps Installer icon. The system will ask you for more information once you click the symbol of the application you want to install, such as WordPress, Magento, Prestashop, or Joomla. Once you’ve typed that, click ‘Install,’ and you’ll be able to log in to the admin area to begin working on your application.

Nameservers

If you booked a domain along with your hosting with Listed Hosting, your nameservers will be automatically configured to point to your account with us. If you’ve moved a domain or wish to utilize one that you’ve already registered, you’ll need to change the nameservers to:-

cloud1.listedhosting.net

cloud2.listedhosting.net

It may take up to 24 hours for the change to propagate and appear in your browser after you make it.
